questions before you fly?

Do I need a reservation or ticket ahead of time?

Our shows run every 15 minutes and are on a first-come first-serve basis.
If you purchased your ticket online, you can skip the line and take your ticket directly to the security checkpoint

What is your age/height requirement for the experience?

All riders must be at 4 years old and at least 32" tall to ride.
The maximum weight allowance is 300lbs.

Is there a place for my belongings?

Yes, storage bins are available for all passengers to store their belongings at no charge.

Are cameras allowed?

For the enjoyment of other guests, as well as your safety, cameras are not permitted during flight.
